Dr. Kevin R. Johnson

Dr. Kevin R. Johnson

As President/CEO of Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of Philadelphia, he has increased OIC’s hospitality job placement from low 60s to nearly 80 percent and developed a new vision to expand its workforce training to include: energy, construction, manufacturing, and technology training. In 2016 OIC will launch a coding boot camp, CODE OIC or (Creating Opportunities to Diversify Economy OIC), to create an employment pipeline for minority youth and young adults in the tech industry.
